CE department develops fail-safe locomotive control systems for DC traction & AC traction of diesel locomotives. Control Electronics III Department deals with design of auxiliary systems in control electronics and power electronics domains. PE (Organizational Structure): Power Electronics products are intended to serve the requirements of power based control Equipments and shall be designed to work in all atmospheric conditions (Heat, Humidity, dust, cold and vibrations at different IP protection levels). They shall be designed to work with minimal user interference and to maintain reliability.
SIG (Organizational Structure): Signaling department develops Electronic Interlocking system products as per CENELEC Standards and comply with SIL4 level requirements for deployment in safety critical applications.
